1.1 Free Shipping

GiftSmith offers free standard shipping across India, unless otherwise specified on certain products or promotional campaigns.

1.2 Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day.

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (IST) on a business day are generally shipped the same day, subject to:

    • Successful payment authorization

    • Product availability

    • Security verification checks

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

During peak seasons (festivals, sales, high-volume periods), dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.

1.3 Customized / Engraved Orders

Orders requiring engraving, personalization, or customization require additional processing time.

  • Customized orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days.

  • Once production begins, such orders cannot be cancelled.

1.4 Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Rural / Remote Areas: May require additional time

GiftSmith does not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • Military addresses

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regulatory checks, or unforeseen circumstances.

1.5 Taxes & Duties

All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST.

In the event any additional local levies or charges are imposed by state authorities, customers shall be responsible for such charges.

1.6 Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier partner details

1.7 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Any additional re-delivery or return shipping charges incurred will be borne by the customer.

GiftSmith Innovation reserves the right to recover such costs before re-shipping the order.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY


2.1 Cancellation by Customer

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided the order status is still “Pending” and has not entered processing or production.

with your Order ID.

Refund on Cancellation:

  • A deduction of 4% bank/payment gateway charges will apply.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders that are:

  • Already processed

  • Dispatched

  • Customized / personalized

cannot be cancelled.

GiftSmith Innovation reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on order status.

2.2 Cancellation by GiftSmith

GiftSmith Innovation reserves the right to cancel any order in cases including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Stock unavailability

  • Payment issues

  • Suspected fraudulent transaction

In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. REPLACEMENT & RETURN POLICY

We maintain strict quality control. However, replacement may be offered under limited circumstances.

3.1 Replacement Eligibility (Within 48 Hours)

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and are applicable only in cases of:

  • Product damaged during transit

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Wrong product delivered

To request a replacement:

Email support@giftsmith.in with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos

  • Mandatory unboxing video

Requests without proper evidence may not be approved.

3.2 Non-Returnable Products

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Personalized / engraved / customized products

  • Used products

  • Opened products

  • Products returned in damaged condition by customer

  • Sale or clearance items

No returns or replacements will be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.

3.3 Replacement Process

  • Replacement will be processed only after approval from our support team.

  • Do not ship any product back without written confirmation.

  • Our logistics partner may attempt delivery up to three (3) times for replacement shipments.

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply.

4. REFUND POLICY


4.1 Refund in Case of Unavailability

If:

  • The product is unavailable

  • Vendor fails to fulfill

  • Delivery service is not available at your location

A 100% refund will be issued.

4.2 Customer-Initiated Refund Requests

If a replacement is approved but the customer declines an alternative product:

  • Refund will be 75% of the order value.

Refunds are processed only after:

  • The returned product is received

  • Quality inspection is completed

Refund timeline: 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error is from our end.

5. IMPORTANT CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers must ensure:

  • Accurate delivery details

  • Correct personalization inputs

  • Availability to receive the shipment

GiftSmith Innovation shall not be liable for delivery delays or losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
